Exceptional Admins (EA) is looking to partner with highly motivated administrative professionals who seek remote part-time work. Must be based in the Denver metro area.

While skill-set is a large focus during the process, EA takes into consideration the desires of the candidate to produce a complete fit.

EA has successfully worked with executives and admins since 2017. EA offers a white glove service to each remote assistant partnership to ensure the partnership is enjoyable and effective. When you join the remote EA family, you get to work alongside high-end professionals who are motivated and unique like you. EA thoroughly vets each client to secure professionals who have the right perspective and expectation when working with high-functioning admins in a part-time capacity. EA supports the executive to ensure their efforts are effective and respectful to the part-time assistant to set everyone up for success.
Partnering Goal
EA seeks to hire a posed professional who’s looking for a Remote Assistant role. EA looks to partner with an administrative professional who embodies integrity and who naturally offers five-star service when being hospitable. Having great written composure is a must. The right professional will enjoy handling routine administrative demands and one-off projects. The part-time dynamic for each executive to assistant partnership calls for the assistant to be nimble while also being scrappy-classy. While EA offers extensive support to the partnership, the hired admin should be comfortable with ambiguity.
OVERVIEW
Core responsibilities
The below is an overview of routine, common responsibilities to be absorbed. The scope and frequency of needs will be further outlined based on each assignment.
Traditional calendar support
Supporting activities that are connected to meetings (i.e., prep, ordering lunch, and materials)
Research activities
Documentation creation
Interact with professionals (i.e., email)
Provide email support, optional (i.e., executive only: organize, flag, and follow up)
Open to ad-hoc projects based on executive’s needs (within your scope of skills)
Desired background and attributes
Candidates will be considered in the totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves.”
Applicable administrative experience offering skills to meet 75% of the needs of a role
Lives in and around Denver Metro Area
Comfortable with a 1099 contractor arrangement (support in this area is available)
Open to obtaining personal liability insurance
Completing necessary documentation to support the vetting process
Must have a clean background check
Four references of people you’ve worked with within the last two years (or last five years if you’ve been out of work)
Hospitable composure
Tech savviness (Outlook, Google, Slack, Teams, Asana, Trello, OneNote, Zoom; any one, some, or all of these)
Resourceful, naturally curious
Available daily during normal business hours to ‘clock -in’ and work; this arrangement is flexible; goal is to match you with opportunities that fit yours and the clients lifestyle
A fast and reliable internet connection
A computer that is no more than 5-years old (optional: having all the necessary Microsoft Office applications on it)
Computer Web-cam
Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours/week
Must be Denver based
Offerings
Each assignment you will earn up to $30/hour
Assisting support from the Exceptional Admins team
Back up support for troubleshooting
Easy tool, T-sheets, for tracking time
Access to resources to get up to speed quickly with certain technologies
