Speak Wisely Solutions LLC is seeking a remote Customer Care Specialist to join our
dynamic team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of
contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving
issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Must be in the United States (Excluded states are California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Oregon, Wisconsin, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Illinois)
- 1+ years of Customer service experience
- 1+ years of Call center experience
- Good communications skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent Active listening skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to pass a background
- Must have hard-wired internet and headset (No wifi or VPN)
- Must have a computer or laptop operating Windows 10 or 11
- Computer or laptop, must have memory of 12 GB Ram
