As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be instrumental in resolving customer issues, providing product
information, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States of America
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Empathy and patience to understand customers' needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Must provide own PC or laptop (No Mac or Chromebook)
- Must provide hard-wired internet (No wifi)
- Must be able to pass a background check.
