This pivotal role involves processing and reporting dental insurance eligibility data. Your insights will be crucial in analyzing and leveraging this data to enhance the efficiency of front desk and back office operations at large dental groups.
Responsibilities:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EDI analysis or related field, with a focus on healthcare or dental insurance.
Expert understanding of EDI X12 270/271 eligibility transaction sets.
Proficiency in EDI mapping tools and software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations is highly desirable.

- Work with tech and business teams to enhance the system's capabilities for EDI data transmission and processing.
- Develop, test, and maintain EDI documentation.
