Job Description
Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As part of our team, we are looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who can contribute to maintaining this high standard of service. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and taking payments. The ideal candidate possesses an active Property & Casualty License, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to assist others are essential qualities. We offer Bonus Opportunities, Paid Time Off, and a Monday through Friday Work Schedule. The hourly wage for this position is $15.50 - $20 per hour plus bonuses. Depending on experience may make up to $50,000 per year.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Advise and Educate clients on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
- Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Process premium payments, policy changes, and updates.
- Schedule appointments for clients with the sales team
- Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED. Associate degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS
- 1+ years of Allstate Insurance experience REQUIRED
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment REQUIRED
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Prior experience working remotely is a plus.
- Experience using a multiline phone system and utilizing computer software.
- Maintain a positive, professional working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Able to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
