As the National Sales Rep, you'll be the first sales leader to set the foundation and standards for growth as we scale. What You'll Do:
- Lead Client Success, Drive Revenue Growth, and Champion Client Satisfaction
- Strategic Account Development: Create and implement customized client strategies that expand our reach and drive substantial revenue growth
- Solution Innovation: Identify client challenges and deliver innovative solutions that resonate with C-suite executives.
- Thought Leadership: Be an industry expert, attending events and engaging with the latest trends to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
- Profit and Efficiency Management: Ensure the financial health of client accounts and streamline resource allocation.
- Collaborative Leadership: Model the values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 10+ years in a national sales leadership role within BPO/RPO or similar industries, with proven success in relationship management, revenue growth, and team development.
- Relationship-building skills: Adept at influencing high-level stakeholders and guiding client strategy to align with organizational goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to diagnose needs, implement actionable solutions, and build consensus with diverse teams.
- Financial Savvy: Deep understanding of budget management and profitability metrics.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or relevant advanced degrees are a plus.
