As a Remote Sales Representative at Girl Friday Brand, your primary responsibility will be to acquire clients and contracts for our medical billing and coding and contacts center services. You will be an integral part of our team, driving sales growth and contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry who could benefit from our medical billing and coding and contacts center services.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the advantages and features of our services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide ongoing support when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and build relationships.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes and practices (preferred but not required).
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own schedule effectively.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and technology.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle objections confidently.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Commission-based position depending on the contract can be anywhere between $500-$2000.  With unlimited income potential
