Remote Audit Senior - United States - CPA Firm/Non Profit Focus 

Our team is working with a leading CPA firm with 350+ professionals to hire Senior Audit Associate with a focus on Non Profit clients to their growing team. This firm has been in business for 50+ years and donates 10 percent of its net profits annually to nonprofit organizations. 
 

Technical Skills:

• BS/BA degree with a concentration in accounting and active pursuit of CPA

• 2+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm

• A service mentality and a thorough understanding of accounting debits and credits along with audit risk areas

• Ability to work independently on assignments and address issues or questions with your engagement manager or partner

• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills along with attention to detail

• Understand full engagement management process including client expectations, able to leverage your manager’s time well

• Ability to build relationships with client staff

• Research and propose ideas to increase innovation and efficiency

• Identify training needs and develop team members

• Understand risks and ensure compliance with firm policy 

• Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Pro F/X is a plus
