Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 /hourly.

Description:
We are a premier property management company located in mid-Missouri seeking to add a skilled Inbound Sales Associate to our team. If you are looking for a rewarding career in real estate, property management, or sales, then this may be a great opportunity for you!
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in customer service is preferred; good knowledge of sales, real estate, and/or property management is preferred; computer literacy is required; must have good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Bonus points if you are bilingual!
Education and Work Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Sales experience and/or knowledge of CRM’s preferred but not required.
- No college degree or real estate license required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective renters and answer questions regarding available rental properties.
- Convert incoming inquiries to confirmed showing appointments.
- Assist applicant in finding the property that best meets their needs.
- Work with multiple databases and CRM’s, including Chime, Showingtime, FlexMLS, and Appfolio
- Communicate efficiently via phone, text, email, and/or in-person.
- Assist the property management team as needed (tenant concerns, maintenance calls, inspections, etc.).
- Assist with general office work (answering phones, filing, etc.)
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be exceptionally detail oriented and organized.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible and task-oriented.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team.
