Repair Technician at Micro Tech

The Product Repair Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing customers’ instruments and pipettes received at the depot. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring that handheld equipment meets the required standards before returning them to customers.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or repair environment
• Proficiency using small handheld tools
• Experience with data entry and inventory management systems, such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with MS Windows applications
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
