Reporting and Analytics Manager - Not Remote - Win Win Property Buyers

As a Reporting and Analytics Manager at Phil Buys Houses Fast / Win Win Property Buyers LLC, you will be responsible for leading our reporting and data analytics efforts to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency. You will work closely with the COO and other Leadership to develop and deliver comprehensive reports and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:

1. Reporting Development:

   - Collaborate with the COO and other Leadership to define reporting requirements and objectives.

   - Develop and maintain a suite of comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.

2. Data Analysis:

   - Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.

   - Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business improvements.

3. KPIs and Metrics Management:

   - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes and initiatives.

   - Monitor KPIs and metrics in real-time, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.

4. Report Automation and Efficiency:

   - Implement automated reporting processes and tools to streamline report generation and improve efficiency.

   - Continuously evaluate and optimize reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of reports.

5. Leadership Communication:

   - Communicate insights and findings to Leadership through clear and concise reports, presentations, and discussions.

   - Collaborate with other departments to understand reporting needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in reporting and data analytics, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously analyze and interpret complex datasets.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
