This position is a critical component of the A&R Reporting Services team, responsible for providing technical leadership, design, development, and implementation of both operational and analytical reporting solutions, as well as the associated infrastructure.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:- Development of Production Reporting Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain robust reporting solutions to support business operations.
- Business Requirements Translation: Interpret and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Consultation and Problem Solving: Serve as a consultant, researcher, problem solver, advisor, liaison, and developer for production reporting processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Data and Reporting Requests: Efficiently fulfill data, analytical, and reporting requests within tight timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Billing Process Support: Provide support for ASO/Fully Insured Billing Processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Rate Renewal Notices: Program and produce rate renewal notices for the individual market, adhering to regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Mailing Generation: Generate ad hoc, recurring, and production mailings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Standards and Guidelines Management: Create and manage standards and guidelines for report development and related processes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Technical Documentation: Document technical solutions and related architecture comprehensively, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.

Experience Needed:
- Crystal Reports Expertise: Mastery level expertise with Crystal Reports 2020.
- Software and Report Development: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and/or report development.
- SQL Proficiency: Mastery of SQL, with extensive experience in SQL Server, Snowflake, Netezza, and/or Oracle.
- Facets Data Model Knowledge: Familiarity with the Facets Data Model, with a particular focus on enrollment, membership, and billing.
- Additional Tools: Experience with StreamWeaver, Power BI, and/or SAS is highly advantageous.
Education and Certifications:
- Technical Degree: A BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline is strongly recommended.
