We have an exciting opportunity for a fully remote Reporting Specialist to support the Illinois Enrollment Broker program.
Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Research and resolve reported enrollment discrepancies. Identify potential enrollment discrepancies and anomalies through daily reports and monitoring processes. - Coordinate, investigate, track, resolve, and respond to enrollment discrepancies, including, but not limited to the research and resolution of enrollment errors received from client. - Utilize Micro Strategies, Access, Excel and other systems applications for report development, creation, and distribution. - Prepare and maintain plans to ensure that agreed upon delivery schedules for new and/or modified reports are met. - Monitor and perform Quality Control audits on all electronic file transfers which occur between the project and any external stakeholders (i.e. Client, Health Plans, business partners.). - Determine daily transaction type counts and escalate anomalies. - Establish effective and efficient formal and informal dialogue with systems analysts and subject matter experts to facilitate the understanding, clarification, and implementation of requirements and reporting needs. - Evaluate the impact of systems and operation workflow changes to production reports and associated data analysis. - Analyze data and other information in order to conceptualize and define process problems and/or improvement opportunities. - Ensure all required process documentation is accurate, correctly detailed, and kept up-to-date and organized in the appropriate repository. - Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure that all system modifications have been made and function appropriately. - Maintain thorough knowledge of contract requirements and system requirement documents. - Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. - May have additional training or education in area of specialization. - Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity. - General application of concepts & principles. - Contribute to the completion of organizational projects & goals. - Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks. - Communicate on complex or sensitive issues or draft responses for supervisor or manager.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Must be able to work outside of regular office hours at times based on the business need.
- Advanced Excel skills are required, i.e., creating spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, v lookups, etc.
- Strong proficiency with SQL.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills required.
- Power BI and microstrategy experience a plus.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
