Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 6 months of clinical research experience.

Minimum of two years of experience in data entry and customer service, preferably in a medical setting.

Urology experience preferred but not essential.

Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient knowledge of insurance and medical terminology; ICD and CPT Codes.

Computer proficiency and prior experience with EMR.

Attention to detail and willingness to listen and learn.

Strong communication skills, both verbal & written.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Very comfortable asking probing questions to patients.

Must demonstrate a caring, supportive, compassionate, and patient attitude.

Maintain HIPAA compliance.

Multitasking and proactive problem-solving.

Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

Physical Requirements for the Job:

Regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods.

Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting.

Requires full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs.
