JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: We're looking for those

Program Associate you will beworking in the Center for Advancing
Population Science. Purpose Function as Program Assistant
(non-participant facing) within CAPS. Broad job duties include
supporting research units within a research program in CAPS focused on
regulatory and data management and research organization. Primary
Functions Regulatory and Data Management Work with faculty lead to
develop, maintain, and implement the standard operating procedures for
research implementation across the life span of a research project.
Support data management for new and existing study protocols and funded
research grants, including survey development, research file
development, audit completions for all study-related files, database and
log development, and maintenance. Support regulatory management under
the supervision of the faculty lead for research submissions to the
Institutional Review Board. Research Administration Organize and prepare
status reports, project reports, and other types of information
regarding research activities. Assist in organizing action plans,
guidelines, and health education information. Work with study teams to
maintain research procedures across the lifespan of a research protocol.
Support CAPS and assist in community engagement efforts. Assist with
onboarding Trainees (Summer students, apprentices, etc.) All other
duties as assigned. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of quality
control, customer service standards, information management, procedural
processes, and record-keeping. Computer, technical, interpersonal, oral
communication, listening, and patience skills. Preferred Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 Position Requirements: Specifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent
basis Minimum Required Education: Bachelors Minimum Required Experience:
1 year experience Certification: CITI Training within 90 days of hire
