Must-Have Skills:
* A strong music background, preferably someone that has worked at a music label in the past or even distributors
* Experience within a technical operations team. Using SQL or any Query work
* Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
Nice-to-have Skills
* Good understanding of music copyright and licensing
* Experience of working within digital rights management products for companies like YouTube
* If they’ve had a job at a publisher or a label for at least a year
Overview:
We are seeking a Music Content Operations Research Analyst to support global operations functions for music labels. Candidates will be data driven and flexible to frequent changes. They are expected to think creatively about ambiguous issues and are passionate about problem-solving. They will also be able to work successfully across teams and regions.
Responsibilities
•Manage day to day ongoing operations with Client North American music label partners
•Develop and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution
•Communication with partners with regards to data delivery and data validation, including general documentation
•Develop an understanding on Client music rights management products and how they are being used across constituent groups
