Resident Care Assistant at Rosemont - a HumanGood community

The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as Best of Senior Living 2022-23, is hiring a part-time RCA to join our team! Our beautiful, historic campus is located on The Main Line.

Part-Time:

7:30 am to 3:30pm

7 days per two weeks
Schedule: Variable weekdays, every other weekend & holiday Rotation
$15.00 per hour
$1.00 per hour weekend differential

Part-Time:

3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Schedule: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
$15.00 per hour
$1.00 per hour weekend differential

This position does not require a CNA certificate. No experience necessary. We welcome applicants at all levels and various industry backgrounds; We are willing to train the right candidate!

We provide education on campus for RCAs/CNAs who are interested in gaining a Med Tech certificate. Per diem hours available.

We're also hiring Per Diem RCAs.Please let your recruiter know if you prefer to be considered for Per Diem opportunities.

Our Resident Assistant/Caregivers provide assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care.

• You would actively incorporate the CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life of the residents.
• You would develop awareness of residents interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
• You will work on a one-on-one basis with residents providing direct resident care and assisting in residents activities of daily living and scheduled program activities.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior experience working with seniors
• High school diploma or equivalent
