Resident Engineer for Queens and Staten Island to work on Parks projects, that include all field inspections and administrative services.
The Resident Engineer must have a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or better and/or NYS Professional Engineer (PE) License, and a minimum of three (3) years construction management specialized in green infrastructure and work within the NYC boroughs. The track record of the Resident Engineer shall have completed projects with scope complexity, budget and time issues. The RE shall prepare daily/weekly reports, calculation books, meeting minutes, payments, cost analysis, change orders, overruns, directives, etc.
Prior NYC or NYS Parks experience is a plus.
PAY RATE: $50.00-$60.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, education, and physical work location.
