RCF in Keosauqua, IA supports the individuals in our program with becoming more independent and fulfilled, by working in partnership with each person on their unique goals related to daily living skills, medical appointments, medication engagement, emotional regulation, nutritional health, and having fun!

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of health department regulations related to menu planning, food preparation/storage, serving, and sanitation preferred.
- Possess general knowledge of food service equipment such as mixers, meat slicers, large ovens, shredders, etc.
- Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without restrictions and pass pre-employment physical.
- Must have valid driver's license and personal auto insurance as required by the State of Iowa, and be insurable under Tenco's insurance.
- Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within the initial 10 weeks of employment, and actively maintain certification throughout employment with First Resources
