Summary: The Quality and Risk Specialist performs essential tasks for the Quality & Risk Department. Candidate should be highly organized and have strong communication skills. They will utilize and maintain current knowledge of all state and federal regulatory standards, accreditation standards, and Intercept policies and procedures to support compliance for assigned programs. They will assist with maintaining track record on contractual agreements, including the organization and communication of contractual agreements in a timely manner.
Education Required: High school diploma or GED. College education helpful but not required.
Experience Required: At least 4 years of administrative support experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and document organization. Experience in social services field helpful but not required.
