The Residential Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing residential accounts, leading security teams, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed. You will serve as the key point of contact for team leaders, supervise personnel, and oversee security procedures to maintain the highest standards of service.

The Residential Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing residential accounts, leading security teams, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed. You will serve as the key point of contact for team leaders, supervise personnel, and oversee security procedures to maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide motivation, coaching, and support to Team Leads and security agents.
- Operations Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and needs, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- New Agent Onboarding: Oversee hiring, training, and development of new security agents for assigned accounts.
- Incident Reporting: Ensure all incidents are documented and reported in a timely manner.
- Expense & Timecard Management: Monitor team expenses and ensure timely submission of accurate timecards.
- Site Visits & Audits: Conduct regular audits and surprise visits to ensure all accounts are operating at peak efficiency.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in security or related supervisory roles.
- Ability to manage multiple residential accounts and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000 per year.
