Overview:
As a Lead Plumber (Residential), you will be a key member of our technical team, bringing your expertise to the installation, maintenance, and repair and/or replacement of systems. This role requires a high level of skill, knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace various residential Plumbing systems sometimes in confined or high places
- Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
- Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain clean work area
- Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
- Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
- Attend company meetings as necessary
- Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
Qualifications
- Holds RI or MA Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- Prior residential service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
