Residential Treatment Program Director – LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC - Noor Staffing Group

Leading substance abuse and mental health treatment organization seeks a Residential Treatment Program Director for the Ronkonkoma location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the administrative and clinical staff; supervise their hiring, conduct performance evaluations, assign training activities, recommend for promotions, and evaluate for discipline and terminations.
• Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating all treatment services for patients.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, make revisions to the program design and/or policies and procedures, as needed.
• Supervise case conferences, meeting with staff weekly to assess patient progress.
• Evaluate and monitor program activities (e.g., counseling, seminars and workshops, work assignments).
• Responsible for administrative functions and reporting, including preparing annual budgets, controlling monthly expenses, scheduling staff, and issuing required monthly reports.
• Develop relationships with appropriate government agencies and community service providers, etc.

Qualifications:

• LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or CASAC
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in substance abuse treatment

Salary:

• $90,000 - $110,000
