Required Qualifications:
+ Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent educ/experience
+ Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
+ National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
+ National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
+ National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
