As a vital member of our team, the Part-Time Respite Worker/Human Service Worker in Provo, Utah will play a crucial role in performing administrative functions related to client and program records, ensuring accurate documentation of service hours, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. You will have the opportunity to serve as a key member of the daytime and 24-hour crisis team, responding to life-threatening situations with empathy and professionalism. By maintaining awareness of patient behaviors and coordinating effectively with supervisors, you will contribute to the seamless operation of the program.
This role requires the ability to excel under pressure, communicate effectively, and establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
