Job Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry
• Strong understanding of business management principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Track record of managing staff and driving operational growth
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of the food service industry, particularly seafood

Job Responsibilities:

As the General Manager for our North Phoenix location, your primary duties will include:

• Overseeing daily operations for the restaurant
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through maintaining excellent service standards
• Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
• Financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and sales growth
