Operating a restaurant requires a multitude of talents, each as essential as the next. Duties
- Oversee day to day operations.
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction, service speed, and product quality.
- Control budget.
- Conduct monthly inventory.
- Effectively lead, manage and communicate with teams.
- Recruit, train and supervise all staff.
- Meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Schedule employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage.
- Streamline the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience.

Qualifications- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Six months to a year related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Leadership to guide and inspire the staff.
- Problem-solving skills for unexpected circumstances, such as staffing shortages or unhappy customers.
- ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
- Must successfully attend Company Mandatory Training programs.
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods as well as lift up to 50 lbs.
