Position Overview:
As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of quality and hospitality. You will assist in day-to-day operations, provide coaching and support to team members, and ensure a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among team members.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating Chick-fil-A's core values of integrity, excellence, and servant leadership in all interactions.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
- Collaborate with management to implement initiatives to improve operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
- Must have weekend availability.
- Must be 18 or older.
