Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a full-service restaurant and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Staff Management: Hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching team members to create a high-performance culture.
- Profitability & Reporting: Assist in managing P&L, bar costs, and inventory management while driving profitability.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including store cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards.
- Participate in local store marketing efforts and community involvement to grow sales and build relationships.
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve company goals and promote a positive, learning-driven work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a salaried manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Professional appearance and strong communication and team-building skills as well as Ability to build strong relationships vendors.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of local store marketing and community engagement.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and high attention to detail and unwavering work ethic.
- Knowledge of food specifications and execution.
