About the Job
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations, with a primary emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service The ideal candidate will ensure the restaurant runs efficiently, have excellent financial management skills, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, and achieving financial targets. Additionally, this role oversees all front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring amazing food quality and service, and manages all FOH employees daily.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Demonstrate financial understanding by summarizing/analyzing information for budgeting revenues, measuring the cost of goods sold on a weekly basis, daily labor and financial management
- Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
- Analyze and manage P&L statements to ensure profitability.
