Restaurant Operations Manager – Denver, Colorado

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Operations Manager in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Director of Operations should be a dynamic leader capable of setting sales targets, fostering a supportive environment, maintaining high customer service standards, and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards strategic success.

Responsibilities

• Setting sales targets and maximizing sales.
• Providing a stimulating and supportive environment for the team.
• Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards.
• Overseeing staff training and development.
• The position entails acting as a role model and taking operational responsibility for specific product lines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: up to $130,000

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager
• Must have background overseeing 3-5 restaurants
• Because this is an airport position, the ability to pass a TSA/FBI Background check is required in order to be considered for this position
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Operations Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
