About the Job
Adecco Staffing is seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Associates to join our clients team at the Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero, FL. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with questions.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing them with product information and recommendations
Maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
Participating in inventory management activities, including receiving and processing shipments and conducting regular stock checks
Assisting with special events and promotions as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays helpful but not required

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
