Client Support Representative for Car Keys Express Program - Technician

The Client Support Representative works on-site at our marketing & promotional events and provides support to the team at our corporate headquarters here in Denver. We specialize in customer retention and customer acquisitions for our client. Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to hire an Automotive Locksmith Apprentice immediately! Car Keys Express provides full, paid-training throughout our Apprenticeship program. The Automotive Locksmith Apprentice is responsible for managing the on-site key production and customer support during our promotional campaigns throughout the metro area.

We are currently seeking an individual for our Client Services Supervisor opportunity. In this role you will overseesthe administration of the Client Services team. This person ensures that client service responsibilities are handled according to client and company requirements, as well as maintaining an environment that maximizes accuracy and productivity and incorporates risk-based controls.
