ONSITE - Retail Order Customer Service Specialist - 24-00900
We are seeking a Retail Order and Service Specialist to join our retail brand team. In this role, you will assist customers with orders, provide product information, and share details on store specials. You’ll also help manage gift cards, particularly during the busy holiday season. This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a dynamic retail environment.
Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with placing orders and handling inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Share information about store promotions and specials.
- Assist with gift card management, especially during the holiday season.
- Build strong rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Work onsite with a reliable and dependable attitude.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn product offerings and store systems.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work onsite.
