We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering customer’s questions and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Coaching and training sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Assisting in scheduling and shift management for sales associates.
• Reporting sales performance, trends, and employee development needs to management.
• Lead and develop a team of marketers to drive free estimates for HVAC system replacements and seasonal maintenance appointments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
