Job Description:
- Greet customers in store or on the phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Support Sales Associates and Supervisor with operational tasks.
- Work with multiple software programs to handle customer requests and support.
- Become knowledgeable about the products and services that are offered to customers.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders
- Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the store manager regarding local competition
- Handle service inquiries from customers. Your record is defined by meeting challenges head-on and always striving for excellence.
