As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Amazon devices, you'll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You'll maintain knowledge of Amazon products and services through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you'll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.

Basic qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
- 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields.
