As a Retail Sales Trainee, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, interacting with customers, answering questions, and showcasing the products and services our clients offer.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers within a retail environment to understand their needs and preferences.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences and needs.
• Attend weekly meetings to stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
• Implement feedback from team leads and managers to improve performance.
