Essential Functions:
- Assists in the oversight of the daily operations of Town Center and Waterton branches. Makes suggestions to improve operations and procedures. Understands duties and functions of direct reports. Resolves problems quickly, efficiently, collaboratively and in a positive manner. Demonstrates exceptional member service.
- Provides guidance, answers complex questions, and helps to resolve disputes. Performs transaction overrides, approves transaction exceptions, authorizes service fee refunds, and assists in resolving overages and shortages. Investigates losses and oversees audit of cash drawers.
- Supervises, schedules, and monitors daily activities of branch staff. Provides training, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and deadlines are met. Reports progress towards goal achievement to management.
- Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy, procedures and regulations, such as cash-handling policies, dual control procedures, BSA compliance, etc. Takes action to resolve any out-of-compliance issues. Ensure Red Rocks' cash assets and members' non-public personal information is protected at all times; Performs and/or cooperates fully with audits or reviews, as required.
- Works with the Retail manager to hires, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance within the branch; recommends individual employment actions.
- Performs the duties of Branch Service Advocate staff, such as operating a teller drawer, opening new accounts, etc., as needed.

Experience:
- Requires at least three to five years of similar or related experience.
- (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
- The occasional ability to lift up to 10-20 pounds is typically required. Must be able to frequently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, printer, scanner, telephones, etc.
- This role does not offer WFH/Remote opportunities and requires in person attendance.
