Responsibilities
- Comprehensively coordinate warehouse management affairs (including warehouse operation cost accounting, warehouse planning, goods storage, inbound and outbound management, warehouse operation efficiency, etc.), continuously improve warehouse management systems and processes;
- Responsible for the daily management of the warehousing department, arranging employee work reasonably and efficiently, inspecting, supervising, and assessing employee attendance and work attitude, and evaluating employee compliance with work procedures and standards;
- Responsible for managing the inbound, outbound, return, and in stock management of stored goods, and developing inventory plans to ensure inventory accuracy, accurate inventory quantities, and cargo safety;
- Supervise and participate in monthly inventory checks in the warehouse, randomly inspect the inventory quantity of goods, verify the accuracy of inventory checks, ensure that the accounts, goods, and cards match, strictly handle product errors according to regulations, and promptly report inventory status and variance analysis;
- Develop and implement a training plan for warehouse employees, regularly assess and evaluate the quality of their work, and objectively and fairly implement performance incentives for employees;
- Supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards, optimize warehouse management methods and processes reasonably, and effectively control warehouse operating costs;
- Efficient and scientific management of warehouse commodity storage locations, continuous work optimization and improvement plans are proposed based on the current status of warehouse operations to ensure maximum warehouse utilization;
- Timely and efficiently handle various major emergencies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics management, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Extensive knowledge of the logistics warehouse industry in the United States, including a deep understanding of the labor market; a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics warehouse management within the retail sector, and proven experience managing teams of over 50 members.
- A pragmatic and dedicated work ethic, strong logical thinking abilities, and excellent written communication skills; demonstrated leadership, negotiation, communication, coordination, and execution skills, along with a spirit of teamwork and innovation.
- Proficiency in common office software and strong analytical skills utilizing tools such as Excel and Access.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in project implementation, including the establishment, planning, cost accounting, and design of large new warehouse projects.
- Candidates need to hold valid work permits for employment in the U.S.
