Job Description:The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Training Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the financial health of our dental offices by providing expert training and support in revenue cycle management. This position involves conducting comprehensive RCM Wellness Checks, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering tailored coaching and training to optimize billing processes, increase collections, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
As the RCM Training Manager, you will be the frontline in bridging the gap between clinical services and financial operations. Your insights and guidance will not only improve the efficiency of our billing cycle but also contribute significantly to the overall patient experience. You will work closely with partner dentists, practice managers, front desk teams, and insurance coordinators, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed for success in today's dynamic healthcare billing landscape.
Responsibilities:· Help to build guidelines and best practices guidance
· Conducting in-depth audits using the RCM Wellness Checklist.
· Providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
· Designing and delivering training programs tailored to each office’s needs.
· Collaborating with office teams to implement best practices in billing and coding.
· Monitoring the progress of each office and offering ongoing support.
Qualifications:· 3+ years of experience managing insurance reimbursements in dentistry is required.
· BA/BS or an additional 4 years of dental RCM management experience required.
· Strong understanding of dental insurance processes, coding, and compliance regulations.
· Desire to work in a high-growth company required. Willingness to embrace and live all of our core values is required.
· Proven ability to train and mentor teams with varying levels of expertise.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team-building and collaboration.
· Ideal candidate will live in the Mid Atlantic region: DMV or the Carolinas. Our home office is in Woodbridge, VA.
· Travel for this role will be about 60%. Most travel will be by car. Most travel weeks will likely require overnight stays
