Revenue Growth Manager
U.S. – Hackensack- 2X
Job Purpose
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a holistic approach to support our growth agenda in a profitable and sustainable way across 6 key levers:
- Volume growth through Penetration, Occasion & Frequency
- Pricing & Price Pack Architecture
- Channel Pack development and management
- Trade Spend Effectiveness
- Promotion Management
- Active Mix Management
Building capability and implementing RGM based solutions is a critical enabler of growth. The RGM program was launched in early 2023 at Upfield and is making significant progress. The program entails development/utilization of tooling and establishing scalable, cost-efficient and easily adaptable solutions for Upfield (starting with the Grocery Channel) to use in day-to-day operations. Reporting to VP US Business Development, this new role was created to work closely with the VP Grocery Channel and align with Upfield Best Practices from around the globe. The intention is to improve the quality of pricing, price pack architecture and promotion strategies to generate profitable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality RGM strategies are set and followed in the US that enable successful RGM realization. Review and provide recommendations where needed to market pricing, promo and PPA strategies.
- Performance management: Ensure customer plans are implemented with RGM principles and are executed to deliver desired business results
- Process Established Develop ways of working and establish a regular cadence of RGM reviews with KAMs to ensure opportunities are identified, vetted and executed.
- Global RGM Pillar owner for Price, PPA & Trade spend: Lead Price Pack Architecture strategy and recommendations across US. Ensure deployment of Price, PPA & Trade Spend RGM pillars by markets including analytics, tooling (in co-operation with data & insights and Global RGM team), ways of working and help markets to go after opportunities in these areas.
- Identify and Drive Customer Led Innovation Key Account Managers in channels such as Club, Value, C-store and grocery designed to advance our RGM agenda
- Act as the link to Global RGM team – ensuring needed analytical, tooling and training support is provided to the US team from Global RGM team.

Your Skills and Experience
- 5-10 years' experience in Customer Management including roles in Customer Marketing/Revenue Growth Management
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of CPG retail landscape, including pricing practices/priorities, promotion management and trade terms optimization
- Excellent analytical skills, advanced excel and modelling
- Strong understanding of financial P&L structure and growth levers
- Experience in setting up and embedding of new processes and ways of working
- Stakeholder management & strategic influencing
- Experience in working Cross Functionally
- Ability to multi-task and work flexibly under tight deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing/presentations, with credibility at all levels
- Must be willing to travel 15% of the time
