Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Reverse Engineer who will conduct research and analysis of vulnerabilities in software systems. You'll help research, develop, deliver, and manage solutions to our customer's challenging vulnerability problems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution and/or static analysis of assembly code
- Analyze and overcome techniques (involving unpacking, de-obfuscation, and anti-debugging) designed to defeat detection
- Ascertain functionality, capability, and call-backs of malicious code
- Assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure and identification of indicators of compromise
- Work with the customer to provide information and documentation of malware characteristics and properties to enable malware detection
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to build high-confidence YARA/SNORT rules and signatures.
Here's what you need:
- Must have a combination of one of the following:
- Associate's degree and 10 years of experience related to malware reverse engineering
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience related to malware reverse engineering
- Master's degree and 6 years of experience related to malware reverse engineering
- PhD and 4 years of experience related to malware reverse engineering
- Candidates are required to have at least one of the following certifications: CISSP OR GIAC OR GREM OR CREA
- Must be US citizen
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph required to start

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
