Job Responsibilities:

• Rapidly develop structural building information models (BIMs) and annotate plans and details.
• Create 3D renderings and assist in rationalizing geometry for structural schemes.
• Collaborate with project managers and work under the direction of the BIM/Revit Director to produce accurate structural models and narratives.

Background Profile:

• 2 years' experience with Revit Structure.
• Experience creating structural drawings is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions from engineers and the Revit Manager to develop structural models.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
