Position Summary: Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Coordinator to join their Risk Solutions team. This role involves working closely with Risk Consultants to provide comprehensive risk management services to clients. The Risk Coordinator will support efforts to mitigate losses, act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies, and assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Risk Consultants and clients in resolving outstanding insurance carrier recommendations.
- Analyze client claim reports for trends and help prevent recurrence.
- Create and update client training and seminar materials.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing safety manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain system documentation in the internal Agency Management Software (EPIC).
- Attend client meetings and site visits as directed by the Risk Solutions Team or Carrier Partner.
- Develop departmental marketing materials and monthly newsletters.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on assigned topics.
- Conduct applicable research to support the Risk Solutions team.
- Implement and maintain Risk Technologies.
- Aid in the development of industry-specific risk management programs.
- Attend industry meetings, conventions, seminars, and training courses.
- Perform any additional duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in field loss control, safety, or compliance.
- B.S. degree preferred in a related field such as health and safety, science, or engineering; or equivalent experience

Contract positions
Will be employed and paid hourly by iMPact Business Group. Benefits (medical, dental & vision) are available after 90 days of employment.
