As a Risk Management - Risk Reporting Analyst, you will work within the broader Firm-wide Risk Reporting & Risk Middle Office organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with front office risk management and technology teams, laying the foundation for increasing the understanding of Reputational risk principles, assess and establish control processes in support of Firmwide Reputational Risk Management. rreputational risk involves the potential negative impact on the firm's integrity and stakeholder confidence. This risk can arise from various events, including actions by employees or clients, leading to financial losses, litigation, and regulatory fines. Effective reputation risk management is crucial and requires a robust governance framework.
+ Conducting monthly exposure reviews with senior risk management partners, providing insights into risk data trends.
+ Offering ad-hoc support for reputational risk queries.
+ Performing quality assurance on the Heightened Risk Sectors (HRS) Exposure report and collaborating with Credit and Reputational Risk Management.
+ Establishing guidance for Firmwide Reputation Risk Data Attributes and ensuring accurate client reporting.
+ Reviewing NAIC codes for HRS reporting to ensure proper client capture.
+ Executing a control framework to address data quality issues and support operational resiliency.
+ Partnering with Technology to automate and enhance the Reputational Risk platform.
+ Participating in initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
The right candidate must be detailed oriented and proactive with strong communication skills both written and verbal. Good understanding of financial products with a proven ability to work well both as part of a team & individually.
Skills/Qualifications
+ Experience with risk principles and financial products.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under deadlines.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
+ Proven process improvement skills.
+ Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
+ Self-motivated and comfortable with large data sets.
+ Degree educated; prior experience in credit or reputational risk is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with Signavio, Alteryx, Tableau, UIPath, or Python is a plus.
