- Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive S4 HANA program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for support. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present program reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accessibility for future reference.
- 10 & Above years
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in the high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
