Responsibilities:
- Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales for both private duty home care and medical staffing services
- Meet or exceed established sales targets
- Develop and implement a marketing plan for a new or existing territory
- Join and attend area networking and chamber groups to expand relationships
- Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community
- Establish rapport with healthcare professionals within the territory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or communications preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads, monitor referrals, manage a sales territory, and build relationships with new and existing contacts
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the home healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in public speaking and persuasive writing, with strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of healthcare settings, both in-home and institutional
- Comfortable with closing sales and asking for business
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance required

Expected hours:40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Albuquerque, NM 87110: Relocate before starting work (Required)
