Responsibilities:

• Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales for both private duty home care and medical staffing services
• Meet or exceed established sales targets
• Develop and implement a marketing plan for a new or existing territory
• Join and attend area networking and chamber groups to expand relationships
• Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community
• Establish rapport with healthcare professionals within the territory
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or communications preferred
• Proven ability to generate leads, monitor referrals, manage a sales territory, and build relationships with new and existing contacts
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in the home healthcare industry preferred
• Experience in public speaking and persuasive writing, with strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of healthcare settings, both in-home and institutional
• Comfortable with closing sales and asking for business
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance required
