About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager for our water treatment division at Atlantium. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of UV water treatment systems, experience in sales, and the ability to manage both small and large deal sizes. The ideal candidate must have experience selling to OEMs and industrial clients and be comfortable covering the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote UV water treatment solutions across diverse client bases, including OEMs, end-users, and engineering companies.
Manage the full sales cycle for projects of varying sizes, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial and F B sectors.
Travel across the U.S. and Canada as necessary to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and close deals.
Support ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction through professional, reliable support.
Qualifications:&
Experience:
10+ years of experience in the UV market or a related industry, with in-depth knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
Sales Expertise
: Proven ability in technical sales, particularly with industrial clients and the F B sector, and handling extended sales cycles.
Independence:
Able to work remotely and manage schedules autonomously while delivering high results.
Work Management:
Capable of working remotely and traveling as needed
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of water treatment processes and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Communication Skills:
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with the ability to maintain clear and professional communication in complex sales contexts.
Professional Longevity:
A stable work history that reflects dedication and long-term contributions in previous roles.
