Job Description:
This person will work on SAP systems integrations handling day-to-day tasks and items (i.e., customer mast maintenance)
Handling ServiceNow tickets
This person will be split time between two team leads.
Experience: Winshuttle experience is highly preferred
SAP experience knowledge (familiarity)
Knowledge of ServiceNow, is a plus.
Location - St Louis, onsite (nice to have) otherwise this role is 100% remote.
Time zone -preferred CST, if they are located on the East (EST) they must start at 7 am(EST).
Length of contract - Six months + with possible extension, conversion
SAP Administrator
We are seeking a skilled SAP Administrator
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP systems, specifically focusing on Material Master and Customer Master data management
This role will also involve executing Winshuttle scripts and handling Service Now ticket requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Material Master and Customer Master data within the SAP system.
Execute and troubleshoot Winshuttle scripts to automate data entry and updates.
Respond to and resolve Service Now ticket requests related to SAP issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to SAP data management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SAP Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SAP Material Master and Customer Master data management.
Proficiency in executing and troubleshooting Winshuttle scripts.
Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
